Self-pay, solar-powered parking permit dispensers, like the one business econ major Louis Trinidad is feeding near the Visitors Center, have sprouted across campus. These machines, which service visitors and anyone else whose vehicle does not carry a permit to park on campus 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, will accept cash, major credit cards, student Access cards, and even (with prior set up) cellular phone accounts.
