  • Layoff Policy Under Revision

The campus policy guiding layoffs and mandatory reductions in work time for nonrepresented career professional and support staff is undergoing revision, according to Steve Carlson, a compensation analyst in Human Resources. PPSM 60 proposed revisions were circulated in a May 6 e-mail to the DLIST, but are also available from Carlson.
Comment on the policy, which covers notification, severance pay, and right of recall, is due by May 18 to Carlson at steve.carlson@hr.ucsb.edu.
