  • May 21 Set for 'Reflection'

Former ambassador and UCSB alumnus Joseph C. Wilson IV will be featured during a campus Day of Reflection on May 21 that is being sponsored by the combined offices of Chancellor Henry Yang, Acting Executive Vice Chancellor Gene Lucas, and Michael Young, vice chancellor, student affairs.
Designed to focus attention on "the meaning and consequences of the (Iraq) war and the challenges presented by the peace," noted a May 6 letter to the campus community, the events will begin at noon in the MultiCultural Center with workshops on foreign policy and alternative energy sources. Films and many opportunities for discussion will fill the day.
