    This year, 10 of the 11 Citation of Staff Excellence awardees appeared before the filled bleachers in Robertson Gym. Physical facilities staff were applauded for a rapid set-up of an indoor venue, as were the UCen Dining Services staff, who grilled burgers under giant umbrellas in the rain.
