A vest-pocket oasis of succulents and other
drought-tolerant plants has been reshaped between geological sciences'
Webb Hall and the biological sciences' Greenhouse, next to Noble
Hall. Called the Biology-Geology Xeric Garden, the tiny area has
new seating and paths around rock retainers, allowing access to
classes and brown-bag lunchers. It was a project of Greenhouse Manager
Barron Rugge and his assistant, Erin Lecky.
