• Commencement Reservations for Undergraduate Students
  PASS 1: February 25, 2008– April 14, 2008
  PASS 2: April 21, 2008– May 23, 2008
  
  Commencement Pass 1
  Only students with 164 units, either completed or in progress during the winter quarter, will be eligible to make a commencement reservation during PASS 1. Seniors can only make a reservation for the ceremony to which their major is assigned for this pass.
  
  Commencement Pass 2
  Only students with 164 units, either completed or in progress during the spring quarter, will be eligible to make a commencement reservation during PASS 2. Eligible undergraduate students can reserve any open and available ceremony regardless of major.
  
  Making a commencement reservation and receiving an official degree require two separate actions on GOLD. Students must declare candidacy to officially graduate. Declarations are made using GOLD.

  Doctoral and master's students must register by Friday, April 11, 2008 to be included in the printed program.
